About Kim
Kim Grady is a lifelong educator and community leader. A long career in industry training and higher education has prepared her for the future of workforce development and education.
Management of large grants and programs has given her the fiscal responsibility and tax payer protection knowledge and ability needed to responsibly serve Pinal County.
She has a vision for Central Arizona College that prioritizes student accessibility and workforce readiness. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and advisement to 2-year technical colleges across the county, she brings a wealth of knowledge in governance, educational policy, and education possibilities to the CAC Governing Board.
As your representative, Kim will champion transparency, effective job-ready programs, and partnerships with community and industry leaders. She believes that providing students with the tools to succeed today and community trust in leadership are the most effective way to build a prosperous future and excellence for the CAC District.
